How to shop

All products on our website are designed for women. As you will find a wide selection of products on the site, we recommend using the filters that you will find next to each product category. In the main clothing category, there are separate categories and the subcategories. You can sort the products by size, colour or cuts, so you can find the products you like more easily and quickly. You can also use the product sorting method, where you can sort products by price, popularity or new arrivals.

If you know the name or code of the product you want to buy, you can use the search button found at the top of the website. This will help you find the product very quickly.  

Once you've chosen your products, just choose your size and move the product to your shopping cart. When you have all the products in your cart, just click "Continue to checkout". Don't wait too long with a full cart. Products are not reserved, so it may happen that a product sells out even though you have it in your cart.   

You can choose if you want to log in to your account or register within seconds. You can also shop as a guest.  

Choose the delivery method of your order and the payment method.

Fill in the billing address. This address will also be the address to which your order will be delivered. If you wish to choose a different delivery address than the billing address. Click on "Delivery address is different than the billing address" and fill in the necessary fields.

Check all important details (name, delivery address, email address, phone number). Then just click on Finish Order. In case you have chosen ApplePay, confirm the payment by using FaceID. If you have chosen to pay via GoPay, a token will pop up as the next step, where you fill in your credit card details and then it’s done! Your order is paid. If you have chosen to pay via Internet banking-GoPay, as the next step you will see a token from your bank, where you fill in your card details and the order is placed. In case you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will pay for your order at the moment your order is handed over to you.

You do not need to be registered to place an order at However, by registering you can also speed up the checkout process as you can save your payment card details which will be filled in automatically when you place your next order.

  1. The customer is obliged to return products she/he would like to complain about, clean, free of all impurities and hygienically safe.
  2. Please, pack the products you would like to complain about, in such a way that it will not be further damaged in transit. For shoes, a box is most suitable (it does not need to be the original box in which the product was delivered to you). 
  3. In My account, in the My orders section, click on the order from which the product, you would like to complain about, is. You need to select the “Complaint” in the order number. If you do not have an account with us, please follow this link:
  4. Then you need to choose how the package will be delivered to us. You can choose to use your own transport, take the package to the Packeta branch or a courier can pick up the package for you. The individual prices of the services may be different. 
  5. Select the product you wish to complain about from the order and briefly write why you have decided to complain about the product. You may also attach photographs to show the problem. 
  6. You can choose how you want to solve the problem. You can choose a refund, a product repair or an exchange for the same product. 
  7. The last step is the actual choice of paying for the shipping method (in case of exchange for the same product or repair of the product). If you have chosen a refund, please choose whether you want to return the amount to your bank account or return the money as a credit on our website.
    If your complaint is valid, within 30 days after receiving the product, you will receive a refund of the way of delivery you have chosen. 
  8. The time limit for processing the complaint starts from the date of acceptance of your package. We have 30 days to process the complaint (or the period may be longer if you agree). You will be informed about all the changes in your complaint, such as sending it to the distributor for review. We will contact you via email or telephone.


  • Please do not send the products as cash on delivery or as a package to the post office - they will not be accepted.
  • Send the package as a package TO THE ADDRESS.
  • We recommend sending the products as a registered delivery. We also recommend insuring the package.
