PAYMENT ON DELIVERY - CASH ON DELIVERY

 If you prefer to pay for your order “on delivery”, please select “on delivery by cash” in the payment method. You will be able to pay by cash or card when the courier arrives.

INTERNETBANKING

If you wish to make payment by bank transfer, please select this payment method when completing your order. You will be automatically redirected to the Internetbanking of the banks supported by us, which are listed under the payment method.

We deliver goods to all countries of the European Union. If your country is not in the country selection, please contact us.

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can easily return it.

In My account in the Orders section in the Processed orders section, you select the order from which you want to return the goods. You need to decide if you want us to refund your order or if you want store credit. You should fill out the online form and at the end you should download the form and print it out. You should put the printed form in the package so that we can identify your order easily. You can choose whether you take the package to the collect point of Packeta or the courier can also pick up the package for you.
