Delivery

Delivery time

An order placed before 14:00 on working days will be dispatched on the same day. If delivery is chosen by the courier company GLS, the order will be delivered on the second day after the order is created. In the case of Zásielkovna/Packety it will be delivered to the branch within 2 working days. If you choose in-person collection or try-on in the SHOWROOM in Lužianki, we can prepare your order within 1 hour of its creation on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

GLS Courier - standard delivery fee is €3.99. Packeta - delivery to collection point €2.89.

We accept cards issued by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro. Debit and credit card payments will be charged in real time.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY - CASH ON DELIVERY

If you prefer to pay for your order “on delivery”, please select “on delivery by cash” in the payment method. You will be able to pay by cash or card when the courier arrives.

INTERNETBANKING

If the size or product did not fit you, you can request an exchange. It is simple! In My account in the Orders section in the Processed orders section, you select the order from which you want to exchange the goods and then you have the option of choosing to exchange the goods. You then have the opportunity to choose from all the products that are available on our e-shop, or choose a color variant or size of the same product that you want to exchange.

Then you should print the online form, which we will generate for you after successfully filling out the online form. You should put the printed form in the package so that we can identify your order easily. You can choose whether you take the package to the collect point of Packeta or the courier can also pick up the package for you.
